Shenglida technology warm tips ----- equipment some conventional performance and process

2, the parts of each part of the equipment according to the actual working conditions, the working environment of the necessary surface treatment, such as electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburizing, electrostatic spraying, etc., to meet the parts have enough strength and surface function.  

3, round die for the overall die, clamping die, guide die, round die and other die surface hardness is not less than HRC50, the replacement of the die is simple, convenient, and meet the right bending machine, left bending machine universal exchange.  

4, the head is integrated box structure, bending arm adopts precision toothed chain drive, drive sprocket and precision planetary servo reducer output shaft both ends have support bearings, the chain adjustment mode is butt double helix structure.  

5. In order to ensure sufficient torque output, the rotating shaft is also driven by precise planetary servo reducer, and the feeding mechanism is composed of linear bearing + ball screw.  The CNC system of the machine is controlled by an independent servo system for feeding, bending and rotation, and can realize the linkage of X, Y and Z axes.  

6, clamping mechanism for parallel quadrangle type movement mode, over the diagonal locking mode, to ensure enough clamping force and avoid clamping pipe fittings, all joints have polymer free lubrication bearings, guide mode using slider connecting rod structure, with half and full back two stroke.

10, pneumatic system loop has gas tank pressure regulator, filter purification and pressure reducing valve regulation device.  

11. The main color of the whole machine is sky blue, and the parts related to personal safety are eye-catching yellow. They are plastic-sprayed and equipped with safety warning signs.  Its "start", "stop", "emergency stop" operation switch using independent mobile operating platform.  

12, equipment control circuit should have overload protection function, the installation of the electrical components in conformity with the relevant provisions of the state, and has reliable grounding device, the terminal box, contactor and small air switch with VDE standard V groove installation, various electric components with clearly marked, in electric control cabinet using all plastic comb line groove hole ark wiring, wire size is clear.  

13. PIPE BENDER CNC Series 2014M+ is used in the operation control panel. The display adopts 8 "true color 256 color HD LCD screen and integrated antifouling keyboard, which can save 500 groups of bending product data.  

14. The CNC device of this machine is equipped with data input interface RS232 and USB interface.  The USB flash drive can be used to copy, save program files, and update system software.  

15, the operating system has a humanized operation interface, only need to input product drawings marked XYZ line intersection coordinates can be automatically converted into bending machine required Y (length of straight line), B (rotation Angle), C (bending Angle) processing data to achieve the machine bending,  You can also fill in the bending Angle, space Angle, length of straight line and other parameters of the product according to the table, without CNC professional programming.  

16, the equipment can be flexible to achieve a variety of actions, such as three coordinate axis movement may have a variety of number sequence, the X axis has a secondary feed back and loose tube and other auxiliary feeding way, three coordinates with the X axis preferred action function, have guided automatic collision avoidance function, there are active, through type, cascade feed, feed, clip, clip, reverse bend work a variety of ways to choose from.  Up to 50 angles can be continuously bent.  

17, B axis (rotation axis) has the function of setting the speed of each bend independently, to avoid errors caused by the inertia of rapid rotation, and to better coordinate the problem of processing speed and processing accuracy.  

18. Equipment control system should have automatic counting function, storage function after power failure, and files can be automatically backed up and stored.  Complete machine detection system, with X, Z axis origin detection and limit alarm function.
