1. Installation of elbow wheel die
Loosen the elbow die and cap clockwise, install the required elbow wheel die and tighten the cap.
2, clamping die installation
Loosen the clamping die key bolt, replace the clamping die and tighten the bolt
The adjustment method is as follows:
(1) Loosen the fixing bolt of the clamping die, and "elbow clamp" to the end of the clamping die in manual mode with selected parameters (there should be a gap between the elbow wheel die and the clamping die at this time).
(2) Adjust the adjusting bolt of clamping die base to make clamping die and bending die completely pressed.
(3) Set the parameter "bend back" in manual mode, make the clamping die backward, and then screw the adjusting screw of clamping die base into about 1/4-- 1/2 turns.
(4) Lock the fixing bolt of clamping die base.
3. The adjustment method of skateboard die is the same as above.
4. Mandrel cylinder
(1) Screw the mandrel into the mandrel bolt and fix the mandrel and the nut after adjusting it to the appropriate position.
(2) Loosen the mandrel cylinder seat bolt.
(3) The scale of pointer and guide seat of moving mandrel cylinder seat is the same as the radius of bending mold.
(4) Lock the mandrel cylinder seat bolt.
5.Anti-wrinkle device
Install the anti-wrinkle mold on the anti-wrinkle plate seat, adjust 1° ~ 2° appropriately.
6. Pressure adjustment of relief valve
Do not loosen the pressure displayed on the pressure gauge, namely the pressure of the relief valve, according to the manual state of tube clamping, clamping back, core feeding and core withdrawal. At this time, rotate the pressure regulating handle of the relief valve and adjust the pressure to the required pressure of about 10MPa, depending on the bending resistance of the pipe. It should not be too high, so as to avoid the oil temperature being too high and speed up the wear of hydraulic parts.
