1.Q:How many kinds of pipe bender are there?
A:Pipe bending machine is mainly divided into NCB and CNC..
NCB is standard hydraulic pipe bending machines, feeding and rotation are manual, and bending is hydraulic automatic.NCB can completes the clamping, bending and clamping action at one time.
CNC is fully automatic pipe bending machines, servo motor for feeding and rotations, and hydraulic or servo motor for bending, multiple tooling stack are available for two and more different bending radius (CLR).


2.Q:How to determine the type of pipe bender?
A:You have to inform us following details:
-          Max. outside diameter:
-          Wall thickness range:
-          Bending radius (CLR):
-          The pipe material:
-          The drawings if possible:
3.Q:What is the range of elbow our company can bend?
A:The current bending capacity range is 6-325mm  for  cold bending outside diameter.
4.Q:How long is your delivery? 
A: We need 20 working days for production.  If you cannot wait, please contact us freely, we will make any arrangements we can to meet your requirements. 


5.Q:How can we determine whether the equipment can complete the corresponding product
A:We can test your pipe/tube in our equipment before place the order, to ensure our equipment is suitable for your project. 


6.Q:How can I get replacement parts for my machine? 
A: In the event of a machinery failure or fault, we can have the necessary part ready to ship on a 7-day basis if required, including all kinds of toolings, such as bend die, clamp die, pressure die, mandrel, wiper die, saw blade and so on.


7.Q: Where is your factory located?  How can I visit there? 
A: Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang city (1.5hours by car from Shanghai).   You can fly to Shanghai or Wuxi airport or take the high-speed rail to Zhangjiagang High-speed railway station.We warmly welcome your visit.
